Terms and Conditions of Enrollment at Certyfikat B1 Polish Language Club School

General Provisions

1.1. Certyfikat B1 Polish Language Club operates as a non-public continuing education institution in the capacity of a non-school establishment.

1.2. The institution operates under the legal representation of PDWIZARDS Dobrochna Mańkowska, with its registered business address at Rybickiego 4/U4, Gdynia 81-340.

Educational Services

2.1. The institution provides comprehensive language instruction through:

  • Group and individual coursework

  • Variable intensity levels

  • Both onsite and online delivery methods

2.2. Physical Location: The onsite instruction is conducted at our Gdynia facility: Rybickiego 4/U4, Marina YachtPark, Gdynia.

2.3. Quality Assurance:

  • Fully equipped instructional facilities

  • Qualified native Polish language instructors with appropriate academic credentials

  • Supervised teaching methodology

  • Customized curriculum based on student proficiency and requirements

Enrollment Procedures

3.1. Registration Options:

  • Electronic submission via email

  • In-person registration at our premises

3.2. Documentation: The registration submission serves as the foundation for the Course Agreement, which specifies:

  • Participant identification

  • Course designation

  • Financial obligations

  • Contractual terms

3.3. Payment submission constitutes formal acceptance of:

  • Course Agreement terms

  • Institutional regulations

3.4. Proficiency Assessment: For courses at levels A2, B1, B2, and C1, placement is determined through:

  • Diagnostic testing

  • Placement interview

  • Prior level certification

3.5. Course Commencement: Course initiation details are communicated via:

  • Participant's registered email address

  • Online selection by participant

3.6. Communication Responsibility: The institution bears no liability for delayed course participation due to incorrect contact information provided by the participant.

  • By submitting contact information, participants authorize the receipt of organizational and informational correspondence via SMS and email.

Teaching Process

• Class groups are organized based on language proficiency levels and individual participant requirements, with an optimal size of 5-8 students per group.

• Participants are assigned to and must attend one specific group at their designated level. Group transfers require explicit authorization from Certyfikat B1 Polish Language Club administration.

• Upon mutual agreement among participants, classes may be conducted during national and public holidays.

• Certyfikat B1 Polish Language Club maintains the authority to modify schedules or suspend classes due to circumstances beyond reasonable control (such as instructor illness). Any cancelled sessions will be rescheduled to ensure the complete delivery of contracted course hours. Schedule modifications require mutual agreement and approval between all parties involved.

• Classes may be scheduled outside regular course hours with unanimous consent from all participants and the instructor.

• Participants are permitted to cancel up to 15% of total course sessions.

• Class cancellations must be communicated at least 2 hours in advance. Non-compliant cancellations will be recorded as attended sessions.

• Under force majeure circumstances affecting normal operations, classes will transition to online delivery while maintaining the established schedule.

• Certyfikat B1 Polish Language Club reserves the right to substitute instructors during the course duration.

• Active participation is mandatory. The use of mobile devices or any disruptive equipment is prohibited during sessions, and participants must adhere to appropriate social conduct.

• Students may retake failed assessments (scores below 64%) without additional charges on predetermined dates.

• Level adjustments (upward or downward) after course commencement require justification and administrative approval.

• Each academic hour consists of 60 minutes of instruction.

• Courses comprise standard lessons with potential supplementary workshops and activities.

  • Certyfikat B1 Polish Language Club maintains discretion over supplementary session scheduling. Online course participation requires a computer system equipped with a web browser, internet connectivity, and camera functionality.

Fees

Current pricing details are available on the Certyfikat B1 schools' price lists and the official website (www.certyfikatb1.pl).

The course fee, once established, remains constant throughout the study period. Upon enrollment, Participants receive a comprehensive Agreement that includes payment verification and/or schedule details.


Course Registration Confirmation Requirements:

• Execution of the Agreement

• Submission of deposit, initial installment, or complete course payment


Available Payment Methods:

  • Credit/debit card transactions

  • Przelewy24

  • PayPal

  • Cash payments

  • Direct, SEPA Bank transfers to the designated account specified in the Agreement


All bank transaction fees are to be covered by the course Participant.


Payment Structure Options:

  • Single upfront payment (with early payment discount eligibility)

  • Monthly installment plans as detailed in the Agreement

  • Specialized payment arrangement for visa/residence permit courses (60% pre-course, 40% within two months)

  • Adjusted payment schedules for mid-course enrollments

  • Personalized fee structures for late-joining participants


Monthly Payment Protocol:

  • Mandatory compliance with Agreement-specified payment schedule

  • Institution reserves the right to utilize external debt collection services for payment defaults

  • Non-compliance may result in course participation termination

  • Course re-enrollment subject to complete settlement of outstanding payments


Critical Notice: Course attendance discontinuation and payment default do not constitute Agreement termination; all contractual obligations remain in effect.


Discount Codes and Promotions Offers

  • Promotional discounts and coupon codes cannot be combined with any other institutional offers or promotional incentives.

  • Promotional discounts and coupon codes are applicable exclusively to group language courses.

  • To qualify for promotional pricing, the entire course fee must be paid in a single transaction.

  • All promotional discounts and coupon codes are subject to specific validity periods, which are explicitly stated at the time of issuance. These offers become invalid after the designated expiration date.

  • Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotional terms and conditions, each promotional discount or coupon code may be used only once per individual course participant.

  • Promotional discounts and coupon codes possess no monetary value and are non-transferable to other institutional services.

  • For personalized promotional codes, the associated discount is restricted to the designated recipient. The institution reserves the right to verify the identity of any individual attempting to redeem a personalized promotional code.

Course Withdrawal and Refund Policy

Withdrawal Procedures and Associated Costs

  • Participants maintain the right to withdraw from the course subject to specified resignation costs. Written withdrawal notices must be submitted to the School via registered mail or email to biuro@certyfikatb1.pl.

  • All resignation-related costs shall be deducted from the participant's previous course payments, as agreed upon enrollment.

  • For withdrawals submitted 8 or more days prior to course commencement, a fixed resignation fee of 30% of the total course value applies.

  • For withdrawals submitted 7 days or fewer before course commencement, a fixed resignation fee of 40% of the total course value applies.

  • Mid-course withdrawals require payment for all attended classes (verified through attendance records) plus a fixed resignation fee of 50% of the total course value.

  • Contract termination during the course requires adherence to a full calendar month notice period following the current month.

Special Circumstances and Exceptions

  • Participants who obtained Polish entry visas or residence permits based on enrollment are ineligible for refunds and must pay the full course value.

  • In cases of visa denial, participants may receive an 80% refund upon presenting official documentation of the Consulate's negative decision.

  • Courses purchased under special promotional offers are non-refundable.

  • Course transfers to alternative participants require written school approval and incur a PLN 300 administrative fee.

  • All refunds will be processed within 90 days exclusively to the participant's designated bank account.

  • Any modifications to these regulations become effective 14 days after publication on https://certyfikatb1.pl.

  • All matters not specifically addressed herein shall be governed by the provisions of the Civil Code.
